what to expect in therapy

free 15-min consultation
this is a chance for us to get to know each other. to ask questions and find out if it will be a good fit. i'm not everyone's cup of tea and that's ok. my goal is to help you find a place where you can get the support you need.

first few sessions
the first few sessions will be used to build a foundation and relationship. i'll to get to know your story, where you have been, where you are, and where you hope to go. together we can set goals for your time in therapy.

throughout the
process
healing isn't linear. there will be ups and downs. goals may change, some weeks may be better than others. all parts of the process are welcome. think of therapy as an emotional gym. the discomfort of it sometimes means you're growing.
